I bought two of this item for a total of 192 pods when it was a Today's Deal. Use of these Halo Decaf pods in my Senseo was very disappointing. The flavor of the coffee was weak and almost flavorless. Basically it tasted like instant coffee. I even used filtered water so as not to taint the flavor. So whether it's the Senseo coffee maker or the Halo coffee pods is unknown but the results of the combination wasn't good. I did open the pods and used the coffee grounds in my four cup Mr Coffee maker. It actually made pretty good coffee. I ended up using most of the pods in the Mr Coffee maker. The pods, however, are too costly to use as premeasured one cup packs for a drip coffee maker. I won't buy this brand again in pod form.

I'm not a coffee connoisseur, and don't like my coffee too strong. This blend seemed very good to me how I have my coffee, which is with sugar and creamer. It works fine in my melitta one coffee maker.

We are enjoying this coffee and are glad we bought it. Making a double cup with one pod produces an average cup of coffee, and using a single cup of water produces a very nice strong cup of morning decaf coffee (is that an oxymoron?) I also like the message Cafe Halo has which you can see at [...]. They support GrowersFirst. I like that.

The Halo pods work well in Senseo coffee makers. There are several Halo decaf blends. All are good, but I prefer the Halo decaf French Roast. This Breakfast Blend is far superior to the weak and insipid Senseo decaf blend.
